[AMBER] how to print out frames from conflib and lmod_traj arrays in NAB

Hi,

What is the recommended approach for extracting or printing out the
individual frames from the conflib and lmod_traj arrays used in lmod() in
NAB? An example would be helpful in the user manual. Thanks for any help
in advance.
