Hi all,
I am having problem producing pdb using ambpdb, by reading in the prmtop and
inpcrd generated from CHAMBER. it seems that ambpdb couldn't understand the
new prmtop format from chamber and giving this as output:
| New format PARM file being parsed.
| Version = 1.000 Date = 06/11/03 Time = 12:02:08
ERROR: Flag "TITLE" not found in PARM file
all bugfixes were patched.
any workaround for this?
It seems that vmd cannot read the chamber prmtop as well, is there any
viewer that is compatible with chamber prmtop?
