We will have an update to AMBERTools shortly. However, AMBER 12 will likely
not be released until the March 2012 timeframe. We typically have 2 years
between release cycles and AMBER 11 was released in April 2010.
There will be additional updates for GPU support released for AMBER 11 in
the interim though. Although these will be for PMEMD.
