[AMBER] Current opinions on compilers

Everyone,

Sorry for bringing up this slightly tangential topic, but I am going to be
purchasing a new compiler license soon and it has been a couple years since
this topic has come up for discussion on this mailing list so I thought I
would gather the opinions of my more experienced and learned AMBER
colleagues.

So, what does everyone think about Intel vs. Pathscale vs PGI vs. (other)
these days, especially with regard to the growing use of GPUs.
