Hello all
I have trajectory and topology file from from NAMD using CHARMM force field.
I have to do MMPBSA analysis,can I use amber MMPBSA module for above.
By using ptraj,trajectory file will be converted into mdcrd format.
Is there any option to convert CHARMM topology file into amber prmtop format.
Anybody please suggesst me.
