[AMBER] installation of python script for mm_pbsa

Hello all
I am installing python script for mm_pbsa there is bugfix for it
but there is no information about how to use it,in which directory
it should be patch.

So please anybody suggest how to fix it while installing python
script for mm_pbsa.
