It sounds like you might be trying to use binaries installed on one machine
on a different machine that doesn't have updated-enough compilers (or an
updated-enough glibc as it were). Does /lib64/libc.so.6 exist? How did you
compile AmberTools, and what compilers did you use, etc.?
