Dear amber users,
When I tried to use ptraj to do some analysis, some errors appeared as:
ptraj: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.7' not found (required by ptraj)
The problem was I found it go well last time. But today the problem appeared. I doubt some people may did something to our cluster.
Can anyone give me some suggestions to solve it, if I do not plan to re-install it now?
