I am confuse about random number generator. In manual it is written that :
The MD starting velocity is dependent on the random number generator seed
if NTX .lt. 3 .and. TEMPI .ne.0.0.The value of this seed also affects the
set of pseudo-random values used for Langevin dynamics or Andersen coupling,and
hence should be set to a different value on each restart if ntt = 2 or 3.
So if I use ntt=1,tempi=0 and tempo=300 then should I set ig value or I can do
without it.
Is it necessary to set ig value during MD simulation or will it consider default
value
