Hello amber users!
I am calculating the b-factor for the simulated protein. I have read in the ambertools manual about b-factor equation. It has the factor of 8/3pi**2* (U)**2. I wonder that what is 8/3 because i read debye waller equation which only factor of 8 not 8/3. Kindly, suggest to solve this problem.
