This should in $AMBERHOME/AmberTools/lib/libdrfftw.a. Please try the
following commands:
cd $AMBERHOME/AmberToos/lib
nm libdrfftw.a | grep rfftw3d_f77_create_plan
and report the outcome. Also, please check the time stamps on libdrfftw.a
to make sure they were compiled after you updated the compilers.
