This seems easy enough to find out. Try each one, and see if you get the
same result or not. I'm guessing you'll get an error with spaces, since it
has no reason not to parse .C, N, and CA as different arguments. Maybe
putting double-quotes around it will help, maybe not. I always use the
space-less version.
