i want to find out the regions on the basis of their differential movements and
locate the vectors so as to map the motions residue by residue. basically how
pca eigen values can help me to to understand the residues behind these values
so that i can knoew which vector belongs to which residue + i am not able to
understand the out of the pca files i.e. the pca as well as projection out
files...wat they r giving me.so any help that i can myself clear to this
analysis
