Dear All,
In order to read the PCA vectors motions. I found we have to run IED with vmd.
I tried to install the vmd 1.8.7. Under the vmd 1.8.7 directory, I found a python folder. I also downloaded and installed Numeric-24.2 and numpy1.4 to this directory. I also downloaded and installed python-2.6 to my computer.
I also set the path in .bashrc file as follows:
alias PYTHONPATH=/vmd-1.8.7/python/Numberic-24.2
export PYTHONHOME=/python-2.6.5/
However, whenever, I type gopython, error of "command not found" is found. What should I do next?
Can I used other program to read the PCA motions?
