Can anyone give me a clarificaton about what correlation is calculated when use 'Matrix correl'? I check the previous post, someone claims it might be so-called DCCM (Dynamic Cross Correlation Map analysis). which is defined as: Cij=<?ri*?rj>/(<?ri>2<?rj>2)1/2. r is the positional vector. Is this correct? Thanks a lot.
