Of course: if the installation of NAB failed, then the test cases certainly
won't work.

Try removing the -m64 from the config.h file. Type "make -f Makefile_at
clean", then "make -f Makefile_at install".
However, nothing may work here -- Fedora 12 came out after AmberTools 1.2,
and only AmberTools 1.4 with the bug fixes is likely to work for 64-bit
Fedora 12.
