Hi Thomas,
I work with DNA G-quadruplex and wanted to simulate single strande DNA to
G-quadruplex DNA.
As you said, I started with DNA double strand and deleted one strand to make
it ss-DNA and as expected, the conformation didn't change with simulation.
How would I generate random single stranded structure?
Is it possible to simulate that ss-DNA to a quadruplex?
