[AMBER] Unit of atomic fluctuation unit

Dear community,
                            It might seem to be a very silly question. I
just want to ask what is the output unit of atomic positional fluctuation
(which we compute by output command of atomicfluct in ptraj). IS it Angstrom
or Angstrom**2? Thank you in advance.
