[AMBER] antechamber problems

Now that you mention it..yes. It is true that AMBER was complied on a different machine and later moved to the one I am on now. The machines are supposed to be identical, but I guess they are not.

As for crdgrow, I am not sure what the real advantage is for using it to create mutants. I went to leap and used it instead to place in a different residue or a different nucleotide without any problems.
