I'm sorry for the mangled files. I don't know how to attach the files
to avoid deletion.
I will comply to your suggestion and proceed serial job.
However, I cannot access to the force field of Amber9 in the server to
rebuild new topology files.
If you know the technique to circuit the force field alternation, I
would be very pleased to hear that.
