Hi All,
I am trying to install/compile AmberTools1.3 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Client release 5.4 (Tikanga).
When I try to compile the codes using 'make -f Makefile_at' I get the
following error message at the very end:
cp -p sleap /homes/acd/amber11/bin
cp: preserving permissions for `/homes/acd/amber11/bin/sleap': Operation
not supported
cp: preserving ACL for `/homes/acd/amber11/bin/sleap': Operation not
supported
make[2]: *** [install] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/homes/acd/amber11/src/gleap/leapsrc'
make[1]: *** [sleap] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/homes/acd/amber11/src/gleap'
make: *** [serial] Error 2
I am painfully new to all this so would you mind explaining what has
gone wrong as if I were an idiot?
Thanks!
Anna
