HYP is available in the GLYCAM amino acid libraries:
GLYCAM_amino_06.lib GLYCAM_aminoct_06.lib GLYCAM_aminont_06.lib
CGU is a variant of glutamic acid? If so, then someone else will have
to help you with that.
