Hi,
I'd like to analyze hbonds between two residues bridged by one or two
water molecules, can ptraj do it? As far as I understand HBond facility
can analyze residue - solvent HBs but no bridging. Maybe someone has a
script or external program to find bridging HBs and could share it?
