Dear AMBER users,

I am installing the AMBER 10 on my UBUNTU desktop system.
But I am getting a message like as follows:

Setting up Amber configuration file for architecture: g95
Using parallel communications library: none
The MKL_HOME environment variable is not defined.

Testing the C compiler:
      gcc -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE -O2 -m32 -o testp
testp.c
OK

Testing the Fortran compiler:
     g95 -O0 -fno-second-underscore -o testp testp.f
OK

------ Configuring the netCDF libraries: --------

Configuring netcdf; (may be time-consuming)
cd: 1231: can't cd to netcdf/src
netcdf configure returned 2
NETCDF configure failed! Check the netcdf_config.log file

I looked into my system, but I didnt find the netcdf_config.log file.
Can anybody please help me in this regard.

Thank you.
