Hi Amber users
I tried to install AmberTool-1.2 and Amber10 in a workstation and faced the following problem. When I typed the
[guna.localhost src]$ ./configure_at gcc
I got
--------------------Configuring netcdf; (may be time consuming)
NETCDF configure failed
