After searching the archive, I am still attempting to make ambiguous distance restraints. It appears that the amber10 manual procedure for making ambiguous restraints may not be functional (per posting
http://archive.ambermd.org/200905/0309.html and discussions with the poster in that thread). If making ambiguous distance restraints with makeDIST_RST will not work, could someone please post the sander &rst format for making these restraints. I am not sure how to make a restraint ambiguous in this format....
