Hello everyone,
when running mm-pbsa I get this Error: PB bomb in pb_reslist(): maxnbr too small
suggestions are :
Added the following line (#435) to $AMBERHOME/src/mm_pbsa/mm_pbsa_createinput.pm:
print OUT " cutres = 12 \n";
but I don't know where to add it?
And do you have other solutions
