Hi Amber Pals,
I would like to plot the time scale of the interaction between Thr Phos and Arg.
I could see visually in VMD, but when calculate the time scale by VMD, I could not get the phospho related stuff, where as I could get Arg-Glu, Arg-Asp. I could not get the % of Hbond analysis as well for the Phos.
I wanted to plot the various interaction like distance between Phos with Arg, Lys.
