Hi Cat,
You can use a software called PCAZIP. Its free to download from the CCPB
website (
http://www.ccpb.ac.uk/software/
) and can be used on your
machine. Its very effective for visualisation of PCA results.
We have used it in the article :
Molecular dynamics and principal components analysis of human telomeric
quadruplex multimers.
