RE: [AMBER] question of ibelly used in pmemd

1)what I attached in previous mail is the testing of ibelly=1 only, it runs 16 steps and died.
2) I already indicated that nmropt=1 (without ibelly=1), pmemd works
3) the system is my on-going project, how to give you to test?
4)the input file is also printed out in the output (see the attached file in my previous email), you may use that input to test whether ibelly=1 can be included in pmemd running.

what I doubt now is not the nmropt=1 in pmemd, I doubt ibelly=1 can be used in pmemd or not.
