Hello I am have been using Amber10 and sander with the following
configuration on a Intel Duo Core EM64T laptop without any problems:export
MPI_HOME=/usr/local
export
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/intel/cce/10.1.018/lib:/opt/intel/fce/10.1.018/lib:/
opt/intel/mkl/10.0.4.023/lib/em64t:/usr/local/lib:/usr/local/bin
