Dear amber users
I want to implement some dihedral angels from one paper in amber, the problem is that I don't know how to convert it to amber format.
For example.
Dihedral v (kcal mol-1) gama N
HO-OH-N-C 0.0194 0 6
does it mean:
HO-OH-N-C 1 0.0097 0.000 6.000
in amber format?
any help please.
