Sorry, I mean cd to the test directory, not the src one.
Note if you built the parallel version then you need to set do parallel
first to the command required by your MPI installation. E.g.
export DO_PARALLEL='mpirun -np 2'
cd $AMBERHOME/test/
make test.pmemd
