Respected sir,
I want to add Mulliken charges to zinc ionc when i am
loding my drug along with ligand.The prepin file does not have zn.I gone
through all the tutorial which are available on the website.But till now i
did not get any information regarding this.here i am attaching my pdb file .
I really appreciate please help me out.From last ten days i am trying to
figure out how i can solve this problem.
I am not getting any response from your side.
