Dear amber users and developers,
I am sorry to send this letter again,because no body answer my question. Though my question is simple ,but i am sincerely . I want to calculate diffusion coefficient of water in carbon nanotubes(amber10 , in explicit solvent ), can anybody give me some advice on how to use amber to calcute it, Thanks in advance!
