Dear all,
can anyone provide me with the cpin, cnstph.pdb, cnstph.prmtop, cnstph.and
other support files. this is just for a tutorial kind of help.
i have been trying to run cnstph md simulation, but i have been making
some mistake in file preparation itself.
all kind of timely help would be highly appreciated.
