That looks fine.

It's still only a warning and shouldn't hurt.

The interesting bit is that the only references I can find to "fnostd"
anywhere are on the AMBER archive, and on the Sun HPTC mailing list
regarding AMBER, surprisingly enough. Can the developers please answer
the question of why this apparently invalid compiler option is being
invoked and what is it supposed to do, anyway...?

I get the impression you've cut out parts of the log. If this is
correct, please resend the entire output from the failed attempt,
without leaving anything out.
