Did you check the permissions on the file "RST"? Note that this error
has nothing to do with the contents of the file. It will be triggered
if the file is not present, or if you don't have permission to open it.
Try "ls -l RST" and compare the results to something like "ls -l mdin"
(where mdin is your input file). Maybe you will see some difference.
