Hi Naser,

I'm not sure if my original message was ambiguous and/or badly worded on
this, if so, I apologise.

The "Graphics-->Labels-->Bonds" step is done *within* VMD, not xmgrace.
If I recall correctly, recent versions of VMD have the ability to
render/display a graph of this data internally (using Multiplot), but it
can also export this data to xmgrace (from the Multiplot window: File->
Export to Xmgrace). I just prefer to use xmgrace since I can do other
processing on the data and save the graph as an EPS file.
