Dear Amber users,
I have a system which has only water molecules in it. I would like to
calculate the dielectric constant of the system in different temperatures.
My question is: Is there any way to obtain the dielectric constant from
Amber? or Should I calculate it by myself. If so, how?
Thanks in advance
