Dear Amber users,
I have an amber9 trajectory I wish to convert to netcdf format using ptraj:
> trajin mdcrd
> trajout mdcdf netcdf
> go
Produces file mdcdf identical to mdcrd, except for the bounding box line
which is missing in mdcdf.
This is the first time I attempt the conversion, so I am not every sure the
result is what should be expected. Can anybody shed light, please?
