AMBER: NAB: getseq_from_pdb()

I get weird results from NAB: getseq_from_pdb().
I attach the example NAB and PDB file. PDB file has two strands of
poly(dA). They are exactly same, but I get different type estimation from
getseq_from_pdb().

strand 1 is dna with sequence: AAAAAAAAAAAA
strand 2 is dnacc with sequence: AAAAAAAAAAAA
