AMBER: xleap patch for xorg-7.3 ??

I found the following patch to be necessary for successfully
linking xaLeap with xorg-7.3

I do not know how whether this is generally needed or if it is a
peculiarity of my environment:

[mldodson.histidine.activesitedynamics.com:135] % uname -a
FreeBSD histidine.activesitedynamics.com 7.0-BETA2 FreeBSD 7.0-BETA2 #0:
Tue Nov 6 09:42:45 CST 2007
mldodson.histidine.activesitedynamics.com:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/HISTIDINE
  amd64

compilers were gfortran/gcc:

[mldodson.histidine.activesitedynamics.com:138] % gfortran -v
Using built-in specs.
Target: x86_64-portbld-freebsd7.0
Configured with: ./..//gcc-4.2-20071024/configure --disable-nls
--with-system-zlib --with-libiconv-prefix=/usr/local
--with-gmp=/usr/local --program-suffix=42
--libdir=/usr/local/lib/gcc-4.2.3
--with-gxx-include-dir=/usr/local/lib/gcc-4.2.3/include/c++/
--disable-libgcj --prefix=/usr/local --mandir=/usr/local/man
--infodir=/usr/local/info/gcc42 x86_64-portbld-freebsd7.0
Thread model: posix
gcc version 4.2.3 20071024 (prerelease)

Hardware was:

CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz (3000.01-MHz K8-class CPU)

bugfix-all as of 8 Nov 2007 was applied, as were the leap source
code files described by FyD on the list a couple of weeks ago
(augmenting the capabilities of leap by being able to save mol2
files, among other things).
