AMBER: Missing 'yacc' command

Amber Users,

I've been trying to install AMBER9 on a MS Windows XP system under a CygWin environment. Following a completely new CygWin, gcc and g95 install, I ran make serial which appeared to be essentially successful (with some non-disastrous warnings) until sometime into building the leap modules. The process stopped (as shown in the accompanying log file) when the command yacc could not be found. I searched through the available CygWin files and found nothing. When I searched my whole machine, I found two files named yacc.vim (one a syntax file and one an indent file) for the Vim editor -- but it's not apparent that these files are related to the problem. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you. Thanks!

Bob Hopkins
