Note that the prmtop format has not changed for a while. Try your job
with tleap, rather than xleap. That might be easier to track down problems
with.

LEaP is a C code, so we need the version of your compiler (.e.g "gcc
--version"), plus the real architecture (e.g. "uname -a").
