Dear Amber Users..
I intend to build a box of water. The water could be watbox126 or TIP3P. But I don't know how the build in amber with varying box size and number determining number of molecules. At the same time I also want to know how to change the number of water molecules and box sizes according to my needs.
Can anyone help me...
