Dear All,
When "viewing" an AMBER topology file using the RDPARM utility one can
list the dihedrals present using the 'dihedral' command. What do the
letters B or E mean at the start of a dihedral line?
I've looked in the AMBER manual and googled a bit, but not found much,
hence why I'm posting. I'm assuming at this moment that B means an
improper dihedral and E may mean an additional term in the Fourier
series for an existing dihedral. Can anyone confirm or explain?
Thanks,
Mark Williamson
