AMBER: .prmtop entries

Hello Amber folks,

Could you please point out where to get detailed descriptions of .prmtop
files? I would like to know the conventions adopted in specifying each entry
... I have looked at sample files, but the convention is not fully clear.
Some pointers would be of greatly appreciated.
