No, nor does any other version of Amber. This is under active development,,
but we aren't "there" yet.
Note to the force field consortium: we really need to update the files that
are involved in the "reverse" direction: using the Amber force field in
programs like CHARMM, xplor, or CNS. Some of these are still using
parm94.dat. I'm hoping a volunteer will step forward; (that person won't
have to do the whole job -- just be a point person to work on things.)
