Hi AMBER users,
The PARMBSC0 version of parm99 force-field for nucleic acids is
available (http://mmb.pcb.ub.es/PARMBSC0/). This slight correction of
the parm99 force-field mantains all their good properties, while
correcting problems arising from incorrect alpha/gamma transitions.

The reference for this work is a Biophysical Journal expected to come out
on June 2007. You can download the online version at BIOFAST:

Cheers,
Alberto
